STARBOARD BROADCASTING's RELEVANT RADIO Catholic radio network names DICK LYLES as CEO, replacing MARK FOLLETT, who stays on as Chairman. LYLES will also keep his SATURDAY-morning "LIFEWORKS" show on the network.
