OFCOM's open FM allocation at WARWICK-LEAMINGTON SPA-KENILWORTH, UK has drawn three applications. 2DAY FM is proposing a Classic Hits outlet, SILVER 107.3 FM is planning a full-service AC, and WARWICK LOCAL RADIO plans a station targeted at 35-64s with "significant speech content."
