Condolences to family and friends of former HUBBARD AC WSHE (formerly WILV)/CHICAGO midday host MEGAN REED, who died SUNDAY after battling breast and brain cancer, according to ROBERTFEDER.COM.  She was 52.

REED was with WILV/WSHE since 2005 and previously hosted at WLIT/CHICAGO and WAUR-A-WYSY/AURORA, IL.  Her husband, television producer STEVE CASEY, posted a message with a video tribute to his wife, writing, "At the young age of 52, we lost the most wonderful wife, mother, daughter and sister. She fought valiantly and taught us all not only how to live to the fullest, but how to live in the face of death. We thank you for the color you brought into all of our lives. You will be missed."
