Dr. PIERRE (DOC) MAILLOUX does it again, drawing a censure from the CRTC for racial comments on SRC's "TOUT LE MONDE EN PARLE" SUNDAY night TV show.
MAILLOUX said on the SEPTEMBER 25, 2005 episode that " black people and Amerindian people have an average IQ that is well below 100" and that more intelligent blacks were killed for being "a little too smart, a little too wise" in slavery days. That drew over 50 complaints and the reprimand from CANADA's radio and TV regulator. The controversial psychiatrist, who hosts a show on French Talk CKAC-A/MONTREAL, has been censured before by the CRTC and the CBSC for racially-charged comments.
