The ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC (ACM) has announced the nominees for Song Of The Year and Songwriter Of The Year for the "51st ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS." Nominated for Song Of The Year are: ARISTA NASHVILLE artist CAM with "Burning House," CAPITOL NASHVILLE group LITTLE BIG TOWN with "Girl Crush," MERCURY NASHVILLE artist CHRIS STAPLETON with "Nobody To Blame," CAPITOL NASHVILLE artist KEITH URBAN featuring ERIC CHURCH with "Raise 'Em Up," and EMI NASHVILLE artist ERIC PASLAY with "She Don't Love You."
The nominees for Songwriter Of The Year are: SHANE MCANALLY, RODNEY CLAWSON, ROSS COPPERMAN, ASHLEY GORLEY, and JOSH OSBORNE. With these nominations, CHRIS STAPLETON now leads ACM Award nominees with seven nominations (NET NEWS 2/1).
The "51st ANNUAL ACM AWARDS" are set to air live from the MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA in LAS VEGAS on SUNDAY, APRIL 3rd at 8p (ET/PT) on CBS-TV. LUKE BRYAN and DIERKS BENTLEY will serve as co-hosts for this year's festivities.
