In a transaction yet to appear in the FCC database, COLONIAL MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT has inked a deal to buy Sports simulcast WFAY-A-W223AF/FAYETTEVILLE, NC and WFBX-A-W250AQ/SPRING LAKE, NC (ESPN FAYETTEVILLE) and Gospel WMIR-A-W275AH- (REJOICE 1200)/ATLANTIC BEACH-MYRTLE BEACH, SC for an undisclosed price and will operate the stations under an LMA beginning MARCH 1st.

In transactions filed with the FCC, TRUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Classic Hits WEGO-A (CLASSIC HITS WTOB)/WINSTON-SALEM, NC to SOUTHERN BROADCAST MEDIA LLC for $164,000; the buyer took over programming under an LMA in DECEMBER.

JODY COPELAND is selling Classic Rock KXIO/CLARKSVILLE, AR back to OZARK MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING for forgiveness of debt.  The station assets are being valued at $360,000; OMB is operating the station under an LMA before closing.

THE FOUNDATION FOR PUBLIC BROADCASTING IN GEORGIA, INC. is donating noncommercial WNGH-F/CHATSWORTH, GA to GEORGIA PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION.

WAY MEDIA , INC. is selling W221DE/BEECH SPRINGS, MS to CORNERSTONE BROADCASTING, INC. for $30,000.  The buyer intends to rebroadcast Oldies-Talk WYXI-A/ATHENS, TN with the translator.

NORTHEAST GOSPEL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W239AG/LONG LAKE, NY to TRIGNITION MEDIA, LLC for $75,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Tropical WRYM-A (LA GIGANTE)/NEW BRITAIN-HARTFORD, CT.

MARANATHA CHURCH OF LAREDO INCORPORATED has requested a Silent STA for KITG/GONZALES, TX pending the station's sale.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ODESSA-MIDLAND II LICENSE, LLC has filed for a Silent STA for KGEE-A/PECOS, TX while a sale pends and a transaction to add an AM translator is consummated.
