GoPro's Tony Bates Resigns From SiriusXM Board

SIRIUSXM has informed the SEC that TONY BATES has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective FEBRUARY 19th. The filing says that "the decision of Mr. BATES to resign was not the result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices."

BATES, a SIRIUSXM board member since SEPTEMBER 2013, is President of GOPRO and a former EVP/Business Development and Evangelism at MICROSOFT and was formerly CEO of SKYPE and SVP/GM at CISCO SYSTEMS.
