ZIMMER BROADCASTING Country WGSQ (COUNTRY GIANT)/COOKEVILLE, TN APD/midday personality PHILIP GIBBONS has been named VP/Radio Station Brands/OM of the four-station cluster, which also includes Top 40 WGIC, Classic Country WHUB and Talk WPTN-A.

GIBBONS’ move is part of restructuring at the cluster that involves no departures and two additional promotions: WGSQ PD/afternoon host BILLY MAC adds VP/Digital to his duties, while ‘GSQ evening personality TIA ELLER is upped to VP/Radio & Digital Sales & Marketing.
