John Michaels Tapped As Midday Co-Host On WZGC (92-9 The Game)/Atlanta

CBS RADIO Sports WZGC (92-9 THE GAME)/ATLANTA has added JOHN MICHAELS as co-host of “THE MIDDAY SHOW WITH RICK AND JOHN” with RICK KAMLA, 10a-2p (ET) weekdays, starting TUESDAY (3/1). MICHAELS, who has served as sideline reporter for ATLANTA FALCONS football radio broadcasts for six years, the last on THE GAME, and previously hosted at now-defunct crosstown Sports WQXI-A (790 THE ZONE), replaces RANDY CROSS, who exited at the end of 2015.

“Since JOHN has joined CBS RADIO/ATLANTA he has shown a true passion for his craft and, most importantly, the listeners of 92-9 THE GAME,” said PD TERRY FOXX. “JOHN’s creativity and connection to ATLANTA sports will be a great addition to our programming.”
