Jack White Releasing 'You Are The Sunshine Of My Life' After Muppets TV Special

JACK WHITE, who sang in-car Karaoke with KERMIT THE FROG during the MUPPETS' ABC-TV show last night (NET NEWS, 2/26), is releasing “You Are The Sunshine Of My Life,” his cover of the STEVIE WONDER classic he also performed during the season finale. The physical and digital 7” single include WHITE’s cover with the legendary MUPPETS house band, THE ELECTRIC MAYHEM, on the Aside, plus the special TV rendition featuring the ELECTRIC MAYHEM along with the rest of THE MUPPETS singing along as the B-side.

“You Are The Sunshine Of My Life” is available digitally worldwide now via iTUNES and TIDAL. The physical vinyl 7” is available for pre-order via THIRD MAN RECORDS.

On top of his TV performance “You Are The Sunshine Of My Life," his duet with KERMIT was of THE WHITE STRIPES favorite, “Fell In Love With A Girl." Watch a clip of JACK’s performance here.
