MBM RADIO EAGLE PASS LLC/MBM RADIO UVALDE LLC is selling Tejano KEPS-A (TEJANO 127) and Hot AC KINL (POWER 92.7)/EAGLE PASS, TX and Tejano KUVA (U102.3), Classic Rock KBNU (U ROCK 93.9), and Country KVOU-F (COYOTE COUNTRY 104.9)/UVALDE, TX to MOISES ABRAHAM GONZALEZ's ROCA RADIO, LLC for $800,000 plus an LMA that began in DECEMBER.

In other filings with the FCC, the JERALD EDSON ISENHART TRUST is selling K287BT/CHELAN, WA to BLUE SKY BROADCASTING for $15,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KSPT-A/SANDPOINT, ID.

GRADY MOATES is selling W222AW/BLOXHAM, FL to FAITH RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion WFRF-A (FAITH RADIO)/TALLAHASSEE.

JER LICENSES, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KXZT/NEWELL, SD due to transmitter issues.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of W262AX/MARSHFIELD, WI, to STATE OF WISCONSIN EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS BOARD for $24,500.  The translator will rebroadcast News WLBL/AUBURNDALE, WI.

CROSSVILLE RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Hits WIHG (105.7 THE HOG)/ROCKWOOD-CROSSVILLE, TN to JOHN TOLLETT's 3B PROPERTIES, INC. for $612,500.
