Report: Reds Want To Talk To Thom Brennaman For Radio Role

The CINCINNATI ENQUIRER is reporting that the CINCINNATI REDS have asked the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS for permission to talk to THOM BRENNAMAN about the possibility of joining his father MARTY BRENNAMAN in the REDS/WLW-A/CINCINNATI radio booth next season. The REDS radio crew is short a man with the exit of STEVE STEWART at the end of this season; if THOM BRENNAMAN moves into the REDS booth, the team will have to find someone to fill in for him when he handles his commitments for FOX SPORTS.
