Good News For KOZN (1620 The Zone)/Omaha Host Nick Bahe: Tumor Benign, Return To The Air Imminent

NRG MEDIA Sports KOZN-A (1620 THE ZONE)/OMAHA "GAME TIME" host and former CREIGHTON UNIVERSITY basketball player NICK BAHE, who told listeners on FEBRUARY 16th that he would be away from the show for a few weeks getting surgery and treatment for a tumor in his thymus gland, the gland at the top of the sternum that regulates the immune system, called into the show TODAY (3/7) with good news: The tumor was benign and he'll be back on the air this week.

BAHE was diagnosed with the tumor on the day his daughter MABEL was born, JANUARY 22nd, after an MRI showed he had suffered two strokes in his cerebellum in NOVEMBER.
