Three radio veterans have formed a new management company that offers day-to-day operational help for stations in need of expert help.

CAVALRY MEDIA SERVICES, LLC is headed by COO JAY MEYERS, the former CLEAR CHANNEL, JACOR, and ATLANTIC VENTURES exec, with fellow Managing Partners PAUL ROTHFUSS (SABRE COMMUNICATIONS Pres./COO) and JIM CHAMPLIN (former EXCALIBUR MEDIA and BECK-ROSS chief), backed by STONEGATE CAPITAL GROUP LLC (JOEL HARTSTONE and CLAUDIA HORN). The new company is looking to help lenders and investors in situations requiring experienced broadcast management, such as bankruptcy or receivership cases or turnarounds.
