KHOP Helps Child In Need

All the jocks from CITADEL Top 40/Mainstream KHOP (95.1 THE POP MUSIC CHANNEL)/MODESTO, CA were at different area locations this morning (10/3) encouraging listeners to donate money to help 4-year-old JOSHUA MEJIA, whose prosthetic leg was stolen recently from his family's car. The station set out to raise $7,500 -- the cost of one prosthetic limb -- but ended up raising more than $15,000 by 8a, allowing MEJIA to receive replacements for both legs. MEJIA had both feet amputated due to birth defects.
