MAGIC BROADCASTING Urban KDAY & KDAI/LOS ANGELES has made a change in programmers: MOSTLY MEDIA President and KDAY & KDAI consultant ROBERT SCORPIO is now the PD. He's replacing AL FUENTES, who refocuses on PD/mornings at sister Top 40/Rhythmic KWIE (WILD 96)/RIVERSIDE.

SCORPIO, who will maintain his consultancy as well, told ALL ACCESS, "It's been fun to see the station grow as a consultant, but now I can get my hands on it and help it grow to the top of its potential. I am very much looking forward to working more closely with [Market Mgr.] ROY LAUGHLIN, [GM] KIMBERLY FLETCHER, and [Marketing Dir.] DAMIEN LEWIS. We'll be a terrific team."
