WACV/Montgomery's "Morning Line" To End

BLUEWATER BROADCASTING Talk-Oldies WACV-A/MONTGOMERY, AL's 7-9a "MORNING LINE" show with DOUG AMOS and RAGAN INGRAM will end on DECEMBER 15th.

The MONTGOMERY ADVERTISER reports that AMOS cited health concerns as a reason for exiting, noting, "I've been doing this for 14 years, and I feel like it's just time to get out and maybe enjoy life some." AMOS took the lead host slot upon the death of JIM FYFFE in MAY 2003; he will continue to appear on the station as voice of FAULKNER HIGH SCHOOL football, while AMOS and INGRAM will appear on ST. JAMES HIGH SCHOOL football broadcasts.
