The launch of BIG JOHN HOWELL and CICSO COTTO's new morning show on SALEM Talk WIND-A/CHICAGO is finally set for THURSDAY (10/5). HOWELL, the former crosstown CBS Country WUSN (US-99) morning man, and COTTO, the former WLS-A midday anchor, will handle 5-9a CT on the station.
