  The developer proposing to buy the transmitter site of CUMULUS News-Talk WMAL-A-F/WASHINGTON's AM signal in BETHESDA, MD is holding a public meeting APRIL 9th to unveil its plans for the property, according to BETHESDA MAGAZINE.
  TOLL BROTHERS' initial proposal was to build 328 homes on the site; the meeting is a required step before the developer takes the plan before the MONTGOMERY COUNTY Planning Board.
