ALPHA MEDIA Top 40 WNGY (ENERGY 102)/PEORIA, IL will officially announce in APRIL 1st that the station has been purchased by JUSTIN BIEBER, so at 9a, the station re-brand itself as 102.3 THE BIEBS.

The station will be "all BIEBER, all the time," 24/7. Every song played will be a J BIEBS masterpiece. from hit albums such as Purpose, Believe and My World, to acoustic pieces and throwbacks like “Baby” from 2010. What's more the station will be commercial-free all day.
