Sources: Scooter Braun 'Managing' Kanye West

JUSTIN BIEBER manager SCOTT "SCOOTER" BRAUN is now handling similar duties for the unpredictable KANYE WEST,. according to a number of news outlets, including TMZ.com, FORTUNE and E! ENTERTAINMENT.

The two have reportedly been working together for the past month, with BRAUN sharing management duties with WEST's longtime aide-de-camp IZVOR "IZZY"  ZIVKOVIC.

Others have described the relationship as "more friend, confidant and consultant," since there's no formal management agreement.  SCOOTER, who has been friends with KANYE for awhile, also has a KARDASHIAN connection in KRIS JENNER's current partner, COREY GAMBLE, who is one of BRAUN's road managers. Last week, WEST joined BIEBER, BRAUN and SEAN "DIDDY' COMBS backstage at the L.A. STAPLES CENTER for JUSTIN's ongoing Promises tour, according to TMZ.com.

WEST's on-again-off-again album, "The Life Of Pablo," is reportedly in the last stages of completion before a formal release. The album has been available for streaming on JAY Z's TIDAL streaming service since the aborted FEBRUARY 14th roll-out. This week, KANYE made "Famous" and "I Love KANYE,' two tracks from the album, available on both APPLE MUSIC -- where he said it would never appear -- and SPOTIFY. Sources suggest the entire album will be available on both services starting tomorrow.

According to TIDAL, the album was streamed 250 million times within the first 10 days of its availability.
