WEBSTER PUBLIC RELATIONS has hired SHANNON GURSKY as Mgr./Events and Branding and SPENCER TURNEY as Associate Publicist. Joining from the NASHVILLE SONGWRITERS ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL (NSAI), GURKSY will oversee festival and event clients.
