DEEP WELL RECORDS/CAPITOL MUSIC GROUP Founder/CEO ADAM ANDERS appointed RYAN O'DONNELL VP Creative for the label and its publishing subsidiary. O'DONNELL will be responsible for signing and developing new artists to the joint venture, as well as the signing and development of new writers, artists and producers to DEEP WELL PUBLISHING, administered by KOBALT.

Current DEEP WELL RECORDS projects O'DONNELL will work on include the company’s newest signing, COOPER & GATLIN, as well as the upcoming EP and album for singer, songwriter and actor SHANE HARPER.  O'DONNELL will also oversee AUSTRALIAN production duo MAK BROS (TORI KELLY, VERA BLUE) at DEEP WELL PUBLISHING.

O'DONNELL was previously VP Creative/A&R at ROCK MAFIA RECORDINGS/DOWNTOWN MUSIC PUBLISHING, served as Manager of Producers and Writers at NEW HEIGHTS ENTERTAINMENT, was an A&R executive at INTERSCOPE RECORDS, and began his career at MAVERICK RECORDS, where he was Manager of Artist Relations.
