"The Community Takeover Townhall Meeting: Taking Back Our Streets One Day at a Time" is the first in a series of community conversations to address the issue of violence, education, and the safety and protection of youth in CHICAGO.

The panelists include: The cast of CHICAGO-based reality television series, "Black Ink Crew;" COOK COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION attorney JEANNETTE SAMUELS; CHICAGO BEYOND Managing Dir. and former principal of CHICAGO's FENGER ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL LIZ DOZIER; CHICAGO STATE UNIVERSITY Student Government Pres./ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA member PARIS GRIFFIN, and motivational speaker DELANEY SMITH.
