Contemporary Christian WHCF (88.5)/BANGOR, ME, names MIKE CARTER PD/morning host. He will start around NOVEMBER 1. CARTER is currently Production Director/morning host for Contemporary Christian WTGN (97.7)/LIMA, OH. Plans for his replacement at WTGN have not been made yet.
