STONEY CREEK RECORDS Dir./NORTHEAST Promotion PENNY MITCHELL has joined WESTWOOD ONE (WW1) as Mainstream Country evening host and Country programming assistant. She fills the on-air vacancy left by CATHY TAYLOR, who has moved to another format at WW1.  As ALL ACCESS reported YESTERDAY (NET NEWS 4/19), HILARY HOOVER transitions to the role of Dir./NORTHEAST Promotion at STONEY CREEK.
