  UNIVERSITY OF OREGON noncommercial Classical KWAX/EUGENE host JACK FLEMING has retired, reports the EUGENE REGISTER-GUARD.
  
  FLEMING, 81, worked at WWCO-A/WATERBURY, CT, KFXM-A/SAN BERNARDINO, CA, and KGIL-A/SAN FERNANDO, CA before moving to EUGENE to sign on KPNW-A in 1968, then moved to crosstown KUGN-A in 1075 and KWAX in 1985.
