Market programming vet MIKE SUMMERS has formed a licensing agreement with COMMUNITY WIRELESS to launch a Noncomm Triple A station in SALT LAKE CITY.
KUMT (THE MOUNTAIN) is at the 107.9 dial position and is just fresh on the air as of MONDAY (4/25).
