CLYDE A., JOHN S., AND THOMAS C. MUCHMORE d/b/a PONCA CITY PUBLISHING is selling News-Talk WBBZ-A/PONCA CITY, OK to ZOE A. BOWLING's STERLING BROADCASTING, LLC for $180,000 ($120,000 in a promissory note, $60,000 in advertising credit at a rate of $1,000 per month for 60 months). The buyers have been operating the station under a time brokerage and services agreement since AUGUST.
In other filings with the FCC, MATTOX BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W259BR/BOONEYMAN, GA to GOOD TIDINGS TRUST, INC. for $46,750. The buyer plans to move the translator in the next AM revitalization filing window to rebroadcast Religion WAYR-A/FLEMING ISLAND, FL.
