CLYDE A., JOHN S., AND THOMAS C. MUCHMORE d/b/a PONCA CITY PUBLISHING is selling News-Talk WBBZ-A/PONCA CITY, OK to ZOE A. BOWLING's STERLING BROADCASTING, LLC for $180,000 ($120,000 in a promissory note, $60,000 in advertising credit at a rate of $1,000 per month for 60 months).  The buyers have been operating the station under a time brokerage and services agreement since AUGUST.

In other filings with the FCC, MATTOX BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W259BR/BOONEYMAN, GA to GOOD TIDINGS TRUST, INC. for $46,750.  The buyer plans to move the translator in the next AM revitalization filing window to rebroadcast Religion WAYR-A/FLEMING ISLAND, FL.

CHAMA BROADCASTING CORPORATION has requested a Silent STA for KZRM/CHAMA, NM due to transmitter problems, limited access to the site due to snow, and the passing of the Chief Operator.

JAMES M. LOUT has applied for a Silent STA for KUNE/NEW LLANO, LA due to flooding at the transmitter site.

BULLIE BROADCASTING CORPORATION has filed for a Silent STA for WBAW-F/PEMBROKE, GA while it builds a new tower and moves its city of license from BARNWELL, SC, and deals with financial circumstances in the wake of owner GARY DODD's passing.

YOUR CHRISTIAN COMPANION NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of K229CJ/TOOELE, UT to AZTECA BROADCASTING CORP. for $20,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast Regional Mexican KSVN-A (KE PADRE RADIO)/OGDEN, UT on the translator.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K290BJ/ROCK SPRINGS, WY; K298BO/JACKSON, WY; and K258CD/CASPER, WY to LARRY PATRICK's LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF WYOMING, LLC for $109.800 ($36,000 each).

MARIANNE M. BARTON's MID-UTAH RADIO, INC. has closed on the merger with BARTON's husband DOUGLAS L. BARTON's SANPETE COUNTY BROADCASTING CO., with SANPETE the surviving entity.  DOUGLAS BARTON is President and Director with 700 shares of the new company, and MARIANNE BARTON is VP. And FINE ARTS RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W240BE/NEWPORT, OH to RADIO RICHMOND LLC for $25,000.  The buyer intends to move the translator to rebroadcast Gospel WLEE-A (REJOICE 990)/RICHMOND, VA.

In a deal yet to appear at the FCC database, ARMADA MEDIA PARTNERS is buying WUPZ (94.9 THE BAY)/CHOCOLAY CHARTER TOWNSHIP-MARQUETTE, MI, Country WUPG (96.7 YOOPER COUNTRY)/REPUBLIC, MI, Classic Hits WUPT (100.3 THE POINT), GWINN-MARQUETTE, MI, and Classic Hits WUPF (107. 3 THE EAGLE)/POWERS-ESCANABA, MI, according to a posting on its RADIO RESULTS NETWORK.  The stations are licensed to RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE, LLC and operated by KENT SMITH's EAGLE RADIO.  Neither a price nor whether the purchase is for the licenses or operating contract was disclosed.
