Craig Zimmerman Leaving PromoSuite As VP/GM

CRAIG ZIMMERMAN is leaving his post as VP/GM at PROMOSUITE after almost 21 years.

Commented ZIMMERMAN: “It was really good to be a part of the growth of this company. As a client first and then as the first employee, I loved our products. I’m proud that we were able to take a very small company and turn it into the company that it has become. I was able to hire and employ many great people and work with some fantastic clients, vendors and partners.”

ZIMMERMAN talked about his future plans: “I’m weighing all of the options. I’m looking forward to working with a company that is creative and forward-thinking. There are a lot of great companies that own radio stations as well as a lot of vendors that do a great job of serving the radio community. I would love to be a part of one of those companies who can make necessary changes quickly based on the needs of its clients. I’m excited about finding a company where I can look forward to going to work in the morning.”

ZIMMERMAN first joined PROMOSUITE on a part-time basis in 1995 when he was Director of Marketing and Promotions at suburban NEW YORK station WHUD-FM. Not long after that, he joined full-time as Director of Customer Services. He then left to oversee Operations for AMFM INTERACTIVE in NEW YORK CITY, but rejoined PROMOSUITE in OCTOBER 2001. He was VP Operations for a time before being named VP/GM in 2006.
