Talk KBYR-A (SMART RADIO 700 AM)/ANCHORAGE revamps its daily "CITIZEN'S SOAP BOX" show, with host KEN SMITH exiting and rotating guest hosts in for now, with the conservative angle handled by GM JUSTIN MCDONALD and News Dir./producer KATHY PHILLIPS and pollster IVAN MOORE taking the liberal side starting MONDAY (10/9). Other hosts filling in will include weekend "HOMETOWN TALK" host GLEN BIEGAL and STEVE STRIPLING.
The station is also moving ABC RADIO's MARK LEVIN to live 2-4p, bumping WESTWOOD ONE's LARS LARSON to evenings 11p-2a. SALEM's DENNIS PRAGER will join the lineup for 8-11a, replacing COX/JONES' NEAL BOORTZ, and TALK RADIO NETWORK's RUSTY HUMPHRIES is added for 6-8p while SALEM's MICHAEL MEDVED adds an extra hour to run 8-11p evenings.
