PENNINGTON ENTERTAINMENT, the artist development and management company which launched in APRIL (NET NEWS 4/1), has hired CARLY BRANDT, NICK ESTREM, and KIM KAMINSKE.  BRANDT will serve as Mgr./Digital & Tour Marketing, ESTREM joins as Digital Marketing Coordinator, and KAMINSKE will serve as Associate Publicist.
