iHEARTMEDIA/BINGHAMTON, NY OM JIM FREE exits after close to 30 years. He oversaw Rock WKGB, where he also handled mornings, as well as Country WBBI, Classic Country WINR-A, AC WMXW, Sports WENE-A, and Top 40 WBNW.
FREE posted to his FACEBOOK page, "Today was the first time in 27 years that I couldn't say 'I work for 92 5 KGB.' Thanks to everyone that helped me along the way and all my former co-workers. And thank you to everyone that listened over the last 27 years."
