WPOZ Takes Pastors Golfing

Contemporary Christian WPOZ (88.3)/ORLANDO sponsored a “PASTOR APPRECIATION GOLF TOURNAMENT” for local clergy at the ORANGE COUNTY NATIONAL GOLF COURSE in ORLANDO on MONDAY, OCTOBER 2. Over 260 pastors were treated to a free day of golf. The tournament day ended with a dinner and a concert performance by ANDY CHRISMAS (formerly with 4HIM).

“More than just a day of golf and an engraved frame, the ‘PASTOR APPRECIATION GOLF TOURNAMENT’ was a chance for pastors from all over CENTRAL FLORIDA to come together and make friendships with men just like themselves outside the walls of their churches,” said WPOZ President/GM JIM HOGE. “We felt like Z88.3 needed to do this because it was an opportunity to appreciate our community’s spiritual leaders.”
