LOUISVILLE PUBLIC MEDIA News-Talk WFPL/LOUISVILLE has added a new full-time arts and culture reporter, ASHLIE STEVENS, who has been serving as a contributor to the station. The previous part-time arts and culture correspondent, TARA ANDERSON, is moving to new roles in long-form feature reporting and podcasting.
“I'm so excited to be joining the WFPL newsroom,” said STEVENS. “LOUISVILLE has such a rich and vibrant arts community, and I feel incredibly privileged to have the opportunity to cover it."
"I have loved my time reporting on LOUISVILLE's amazing arts scene, and I'm so happy that I get to continue exploring this city and its people through my work with WFPL,” said ANDERSON.
“ASHLIE has a skill for finding unexpected angles, and her thoughtful reporting, analysis and criticism are great additions to WFPL,” said Executive Editor STEPHEN GEORGE. “And TARA is such a terrific journalist and interviewer -- I can’t wait for her new project to debut.”
