CBS LOCAL DIGITAL MEDIA National Digital Sales Executive JON LATZER is joining ALPHA MEDIA as Regional Interactive Sales Director, effective MAY 23rd.  LATZER's resumé includes work in digital sales and management at TUNEIN and ROVI and in radio sales and management at CBS, CLEAR CHANNEL, and KATZ RADIO GROUP.
