iHEARTMEDIA Top 40 WDVI/ROCHESTER APD/MD/midday personality, Country WNBL/ROCHESTER afternoon personality, and Country WBBI/BINGHAMTON, NY midday personality JULIE DUNN has added PD stripes for WNBL, WBBI, and Classic Country WINR-A/BINGHAMTON.

DUNN takes the reins from iHEARTMEDIA/ROCHESTER cluster programmer JP HASTINGS at WNBL; HASTINGS remains in a programming capacity for other stations within the cluster.
