EDUARDO A. ZAVALA/ZGS COMMUNICATIONS' WAMA, INC. is selling Regional Mexican WAMA-A (LA LEY 1550)/TAMPA to GEORGE and ESPERANZA ARROYO's Q BROADCASTING CORP. for $550,000.  MANUEL A. ARROYO previously applied to buy W270CK/MELBOURNE, FL for $30,000 and move it to TAMPA to rebroadcast WAMA.
