In other filings with the FCC, BRANTLEY BROADCAST ASSOCIATES is selling its 40% of WAGON WHEEL BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Country WIKI/CARROLTON, KY and Country WSCH/AURORA, IN, to partners NBC, LLC and KENNETH S. JOHNSON, SR. for $1,000 each. NBC will end up with 60% and JOHNSON 40% of WAGON WHEEL.
CAMERON CRAVEY is selling K249EN/EL RENO, OK to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. for $17,500. The translator rebroadcasts Spanish Variety KZUE-A (LA TREMENDA RADIO MEXICO)/EL RENO-OKLAHOMA CITY.
ROGER WRIGHT d/b/a PROSPECT COMMUNICATIONS is selling W273CU/LAWRENCEBURG, TN to R & F COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $40,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Country WDKN-A/DICKSON, TN.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of W253AJ/ELIDA, OH and W296BO/SPRINGFIELD, OH to RADIO ONE's BLUE CHIP BROADCASTING LICENSES, LTD. for $60,000 and $65,000 each. RADIO ONE is planning to move the translators to rebroadcast Gospel-Talk WDBZ-A (PRAISE 1230)/CINCINNATI and News-Talk WERE-A/CLEVELAND, respectively. And EMF has also closed on the sale of K229AS/CARLSBAD, NM to PECOS VALLEY BROADCASTING CO. for $35,000; the buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KSVP-A/ARTESIA, NM.
Also, CHARISMA RADIO CORP.'s construction permit for W239CB/CASHIERS, NC has been cancelled and the call sign deleted by the FCC.
In CANADA, the CBC's application to reduce the power of ICI RADIO-CANADA PREMIÈRE rebroadcaster CBF-FM-8/LA TUQUE, QC (retransmitting CBF-FM-8/TROIS-RIVIÈRES, QC) from 11,300 watts to 2,100 watts to meet Safety Code 6 limits has been granted.
And ERIN COMMUNITY RADIO won CRTC approval to move community station CHES/ERIN, ON from 88.1 to 91.7 FM and increase from 1,250 to 2,500 watts ERP to better cover its primary market and reduce interference.
