WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY sports radio voice JEFF CULHANE has been named the new radio broadcaster for NORTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY sports and the Sports Director for flagship RADIO FARGO MOORHEAD Sports KQWB-A (FOX SPORTS 1660, to relaunch in AUGUST as BISON 1660)/FARGO.  CULHANE has been at WVU for IMG COLLEGE for three seasons following six at the UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA's HUSKER SPORTS NETWORK.
