REGENT BROADCASTING Hot AC KSII (93.1 KISS-FM)/EL PASO, TX names former KQMB/SALT LAKE CITY, UT APD/morning show host JUSTIN RILEY for PD/afternoon duties. He replaces CHRIS ELLIOT who recently left for WCDA/LEXINGTON, KY. RILEY starts his new position on MONDAY (10/24).
