  CBS CORPORATION and BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP have declared quarterly dividends.
  
  The CBS board has approved a 15 cents/share dividend, payable JULY 1st to shareholders of record on JUNE 10th.
  
  Meanwhile, BEASLEY's board declared a 4.5 cents/share dividend, payable JULY 8th to shareholders of record as of JUNE 30th.
