PANDORA has released its list of predictions for the 2016 "Songs Of Summer," selected based on a combination of internal and NEXT BIG SOUND data -- including trajectory of station adds, spins and thumbs, and insights from industry experts.
DRAKE's "One Dance" featuring WIZKID & KYLA tops the list, with over nine million spins and 700k thumbs-up over the past seven days, followed by KANYE WEST protege DESIINGER's sizzling "Panda," boasting 7.8 million spins and 484k thumbs-up.
RIHANNA's "Needed Me" has had over 5.8 million spins and 750k thumbs-up, followed by THE CHAINSMOKERS' "Don't Let Me Down" featuring DAYA, with 5.7 million spins and 238k thumbs-up, and CALVIN HARRIS' "This Is What You Came For," featuring RIHANNA, boasting 4.6 million spins and 172k thumbs-up.
Other contenders for the prize include MEGHAN TRAINOR's "No"; GRACE's "You Don't Own Me," featuring G-EAZY; JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE's "Can't Stop The Feeling!"; TWENTY ONE PILOTS' "Ride"; JUSTIN BIEBER's "Company"; ZHU's "Working For It"; NICK JONAS' "Close" featuring TOVE LO: ZAYN's "Like I Would"; TIMEFLIES" "Once In A While" and FLUME's "Say It" featuring TOVE LO.
Combined, PANDORA's list of "Songs Of Summer" have over 400 million spins to date.
