  The FCC has affirmed fines against thee individuals for operating pirate FM radio stations in NORTH JERSEY.
  IVAN ANGELES was fined $15,000 for operating on 91.9 FM in PASSAIC, NJ; ALEJANDRO RAMIREZ was fined $15,000 for operating on 90.5 FM in PATERSON, NJ; and JOSE LUIS HERNANDEZ was fined $10,000 for operating on 95.9 FM in PASSAIC, NJ.
