DAVIDSON MEDIA STATION WEMG LICENSEE, LLC is selling Spanish Hits WEMG-A (MEGA 1310)/CAMDEN, NJ-PHILADELPHIA to MICHAEL SCIORE's M.S. ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS, LLC for $975,000.
In other filings with the FCC, WRVM, INC. is selling W264BK/WAUKAU, WI and W254BP/WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI to POLNET COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. for $60,000.
DELMARVA EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION is selling W224BU/LAKE CITY, FL to SALEM's PENNSYLVANIA MEDIA ASSOCIATES, INC. for $65,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Business WBZW-A/APOPKA-ORLANDO; DELMARVA recently applied to sell W222BT/PALM COAST, FL to the same buyer for the same purpose.
GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO is selling K280EU and K224EF/AMARILLO, TX; K256BJ/BORGER, TX; K284BH and K233CB/CANYON, TX; K271BW and K269FZ/LUBBOCK, TX; and K296EW/PAMPA, TX to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for $100 each ($800 total).
LIGHT OF LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling W272BV/YARMOUTH, ME to ATLANTIC COAST RADIO, LLC for $150,000. The buyer says in the contract that it may move the translator to serve PORTLAND at its option.
NORTHWEST ROCK N ROLL PRESERVATION SOCIETY has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K253BW/UNION MILL, WA because it is "still working on (its) new antenna system."
CSN INTERNATIONAL has applied for a Silent STA for K255CJ/BRIGGS, NE due to a delayed structural report from its engineering company and tower space lease.

JWL COMMUNICATIONS LLC has closed on the assignment of Contemporary Christian WVRY/WAVERLY, TN and Gospel WQSE-A/WHITE BLUFF, TN to DUANE B. JEFFREY's CANAAN COMMUNICATIONS INC. in consideration for assumption of debt in a move that removes JEFFREY's partners in JWL and dissolves that corporation, creating a new nonprofit entity with JEFFREY as sole member.
And EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of W245BY/DAPHNE, AL to HANCOCK BROADCASTING, INC. for $50,000.
Also, EL DORADO BROADCASTERS is selling the intellectual property -- format and calls -- of Hot AC KSTT (COAST 101.3 FM)/SAN LUIS OBISPO to AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA for an undisclosed price. EL DORADO will continue to hold the license to 101.3 FM after the JULY 1st closing, which will also be the date for closing of the previously-announced sale of News-Talk KVEC-A by EDB to AGM.
And BIRACH BROADCASTING CO.'s license for WCXI-A/FENTON, MI was given a short-term 2-year renewal rather than the usual 8 years, because the station had failed to timely compile quarterly issues/programs lists from SEPTEMBER 20, 2004 through FEBRUARY 18, 2010 and had failed to maintain an effective locked fence around its tower, infractions for which it had been fined $17,000.
