EMMIS Top 40/Rhythmic KPWR (POWER 106)/LOS ANGELES morning host BIG BOY had quite a FRIDAY night (10/6) at MARIAH CAREY's sold-out STAPLES CENTER show. At the show, BIG BOY took the stage and proposed to his longtime girlfriend, VERONICA.   No wedding date has been set, but BIG BOY has promised a 2007 wedding.
