With MULTICULTURAL RADIO BROADCASTING LICENSEE, LLC having sold a station in the LOS ANGELES market, it has filed with the FCC to take Ethnic KALI-A/WEST COVINA, CA back from the TRANSITION RADIO, LLC, the trust set up in 2007 to spin the station off when MULTICULTURAL bought KHIZ-TV/BARSTOW.  MRB sold Korean KYPA-A/LOS ANGELES to WOORI MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $6.2 million, allowing MRB to re-acquire KALI.

In other filings with the FCC, CANAAN COMMUNICATIONS INC. is selling Southern Gospel WVRY/WAVERLY, TN to MIKE PARCHMAN's M P MEDIA LLC for $900,000.

LIFELINE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling Southern Gospel WIAM-A/WILLIAMSTON, NC to SANTARELLI VENTURES, LLC for $185,000.

BRUCE MACAFEE is selling K269AV/TONOPAH, NV and K261AY/BRIDGEPORT, CA to KATIE DAVIS for $40,000.

ROY E. HENDERSON has applied for a Silent STA for KTWL/TODD MISSION, TX due to its tower being destroyed by a tornado.
