  Former SALEM News-Talk WIND-A/CHICAGO producer BRYAN BIGGS is joining crosstown CUMULUS News-Talk WLS-A as executive producer of BIG JOHN HOWELL's morning show, starting JUNE 13th, according to ROBERTFEDER.COM.
  BIGGS worked with HOWELL at WIND; He left that station in OCTOBER and more recently has been doing weekend work for CBS RADIO News WBBM-A-WCFS.
