Top 40/Rhythmic WIBT Debuts Christian Music Show

CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Rhythmic WIBT (96-1 THE BEAT)/CHARLOTTE launched a SUNDAY morning Christian program, "HIP HOP ON HIGH," from 8a-10a, higlighting Christian Hip Hop, Pop, R&B and Gospel. The show, which is in its 3rd week, is hosted by SARAH LEE OWENSBY and ESAU DAVIS (aka C.O., which stands for CHRIST OUT). A sample playlist includes acts like GRITS, CROSSMOVEMENTS, KIRK FRANKLIN, OUT OF EDEN and NICOLE C. MULLEN. SARAH LEE tells ALL ACCESS that she has visions to syndicate this show on Top 40/Rhythmic, Urban and Urban AC outlets throughout the SOUTHEAST and nationwide.
