Five-year BEASLEY/FAYETTEVILLE Market Manager DANNY HIGHSMITH is promoted to the newly created Regional VP position. A 35-year company veteran, HIGHSMITH will continue to serve on several FAYETTEVILLE community boards and will also work on recruitment programs with area colleges; he will assist with projects on the corporate level as necessary and will also assume BEASLEY VP/Operations BRIAN BEASLEY's seat on the NORTH CAROLINA Association of Broadcasters.

Assuming HIGHSMITH's previous post is 18-year company vet MAC EDWARDS, who rises from VP/Operations of the FAYETTEVILLE cluster, which comprises Urban WZFX (FOXY 99), Urban WUKS (KISS 107.7), Classic Hits WFLB (96.5 THE DRIVE), Country WKML (The Big 95 Seven), Adult Standards WAZZ-A (AM 1490 MUSIC & MEMORIES) and Gospel WTEL-A. Both promotions are effective JANUARY 1, 2007, and both execs will report directly to BRIAN BEASLEY.
